Spokane Festival of Speed – Celebrating 50 years of the Datsun Z Cars @ Spokane County Raceway
Jun 7 – Jun 9 all-day

CALLING ALL Z’S!!!!!  This year they will be celebrating 50 years of the Datsun/Nissan Z Car’s.  There will be a car show in Downtown Spokane, Car Corral, & Parade Laps on the track.

The Spokane Festival of Speed again gives us a three-day fix of vintage racing activities. Action starts Friday, June 7th with the Festival Test-N- Tune, followed by the Race Car Tour, a public-road run from the track to downtown Spokane’s beautiful Riverfront Park. There the Festival will host the very popular Bruce Hunt Vintage in the Park vintage racecar show and driver reception.

Saturday and Sunday will have full racing schedules, with some of the races televised for later viewing on network TV. The Festival Race Party will be Saturday evening at the track. The SFOS is again sponsored by Porsche of Spokane in support of the Parkinson’s Resource Center.

Datsun is the featured marque this year, look for some special examples of the marque as well as the usual great field of vintage Datsuns that race with SOVREN.
