Marty is checking on possibly going to the Goldendale Observatory State Park Saturday evening. You will need a discover pass for parking here. It is $11 for the day or if you have an annual one that will work. This will require us to eat earlier, 6PM, so we can be at the Observatory prior to 830 PM. Admission is free to the Observatory. Dress for cold weather as the Telescope Dome is not climate-controlled and some events take place outside.
Saturday – Drive to The Dalles / Cousins Country Inn / Some will meet at Maryhill Winery at 2:00 for Wine Tasting and Bocce Ball
On Sunday, we plan on leaving the Maryhill Museum parking lot at 1030. The Museum opens at 10AM and Marty is going to check if we will be able to use the bathrooms. Last year the lady at the desk was not so happy about it. We will be going to the Stonehenge Monument at 11AM for a photo op and running the Loop Road from noonish to 3PM.
After that Marty is checking on possibly going to Grass Valley Race Track for some Parade Laps around 430PM. Grass Valley is approximately a half hour from the Loop Road.
